HE MAY be part of a three-horse race for England’s 15 jersey this November, alongside Alex Goode and Mike Brown, but Ben Foden is in superb form.
The Northampton Saint has been flying from full-back so far this season and with fresh confidence to match his unquestionable skill many are expecting him to push his way into Stuart Lancaster’s plans for England’s Tests against Australia, Argentina and New Zealand.
How has he gotten in such good nick? Well, the folks over at Multipower reckon their exclusive cross-fit session with him has had some bearing.
Here he is flipping tyres, wielding sledgehammers, walking with kegs, hoiking his knees to his elbows, swishing battle ropes and pushing out press-ups on Olympic rings as part of an exclusive challenge.
If you are a fan of cross-fit you can try and do the same challenge as Ben. He did three rounds, non-stop, with four tyre flips, eight sledgehammer swings each side, 16 rope tosses, one keg walk and six push-ups on the Olympic rings each time.
Good luck. Looking at the state of Ben afterwards, you’ll need it…
