Following last weekend’s Aviva Premiership Round 7 fixtures the following disciplinary cases have arisen:
Miles Benjamin of Worcester Warriors has been charged with a dangerous tackle on London Wasps’ Nicky Robinson at Sixways on October 28 following a report by the citing officer Tony Lanaway.
The case will be heard at 7pm on Monday, November 7 in Bristol by an RFU Disciplinary Panel of Daniel White (chair), Mike Curling and John Doubleday.
Andy Powell of Sale Sharks has been charged with a dangerous tackle on Leicester Tigers’ Thomas Waldrom at Edgeley Park on October 28 following a report by the citing officer Mike Rafter.
The case will be heard by an RFU Disciplinary Panel at a date and time to be confirmed.
Darren Dawidiuk of Gloucester Rugby been charged with a dangerous tackle on Saracens’ Brad Barritt at Kingsholm on October 29 following a report by the citing officer Mike Rafter.
Owen Farrell of Saracens has been charged with a dangerous tackle on Gloucester Rugby’s Henry Trinder.
Nick Wood of Gloucester Rugby been charged with a dangerous tackle on Owen Farrell.
Delon Armitage of London Irish has been charged with a dangerous tackle on Bath Rugby’s Tom Biggs and striking Dave Attwood with his knee at the Madejski Stadium on October 29 following a report by the citing officer John Byett.
The above cases will be heard by an RFU Disciplinary Panel of His Honour Judge Jeff Blackett the RFU Disciplinary Officer, Robert Horner and Peter Budge at Twickenham Stadium on Tuesday, November 8.
