France’s Fabrice Estebanez will have a disciplinary hearing following a citing for a dangerous tip tackle

Fabrice Estebanez (FRA) will have a disciplinary hearing on Monday, 3 October following a citing by Steve Hinds (NZL) for a breach of Law 10.4(j) dangerous tip tackle on Tonga No. 19 (Joseph Tuineau) during the Rugby World Cup 2011 Pool A match against Tonga on 1 October.

The case will be heard by the Independent Judicial Officer Christopher Quinlan QC (ENG).

The hearing will take place in Auckland on Monday at 16:30.
